Exciting opportunity within the stichd UK team. You will directly and proactively contribute to the field sales and distribution by selling the categories within our motorsports brands to International customers. You will build and maintain positive relationships and sustainable business within existing and new customers.
By knowing the market (gathering information and analysing customers and the market) you will build budgets, create account plans that you turn into concreate actions for implementation in line with the Global strategy.
Key Job Purposes:
Full ownership of key distributors to ensure sales budgets and gross margin targets are exceeded
To maximize and exceed all sales and gross margin targets from existing client relationships
To proactively seek and build new relationships which add value to the brands we serve
Proven Sales Record;
Strong Retail Network and key account exposure;
Sales and margin focused;
Exceptional attention to detail;
Excellent understanding of sales agreements and financials;
Passionate self-starter and team player;
Pro-active, with excellent communication and presentation skills;
Clear and accurate reporting to Head of Sales;
Confident, personable, and ‘hands on’ with an ability to build relationships quickly;
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
