The International Sales Support Representative is operationally responsible for a number of customers (foremost Key and Global Accounts) within international sales area. You will be responsible for the order process and ensure optimal services and support towards customers and the internal sales team. Furthermore, you will support sales activities and drive the stichd business model in order to maximize turnover and profitability.
Responsibilities and tasks:
Manage Global account collection needs and specialized customer collection set-up;
Follow-up logistics process and cross-ocean shipments;
Be involved in the international testing procedures and quality insurance;
Give input for forecasting and stock level management;
Support sales team on management of international partners;
Ensure excellent services and support towards customers on all operational tasks;
Monitor and manage the order process (from order to cash) and make sure products are delivered against agreements;
Analyze results and suggest actions and ways to further improve the business;
Support Sales team in planning and preparing sales meetings with international accounts;
Limited travel to visit markets, customers and be present at sales meetings.
What is required?
Sales Support experience developed in the Sporting/Fashion goods/FMCG industry;
Experience in setting up and managing complex procedures (like specialized customer collection);
Excellent knowledge of each step-in basic company processes (order to cash);
Experience in international distributorship models, international trade conditions, incoterms, export procedures and documentation;
Strong team player with a solution focused approach and a high quality standard of execution and delivery;
Good communicator; Proactive and problem solving;
Fluent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English;
Analytical & Operational skills;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of Navision is a pre.
