The Key Account Manager E-Commerce drives the online business tactics with a growing base of industry leading fashion online accounts. In this role, you maximize turnover and profitability for our brands (Puma, Head, Levi’s, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and more..) and categories by defining and implementing go-to-market strategy and product assortment together with your growing E-com team as well as cross functional teams (marketing, product, supply chain, IT, sales,…).

Responsibilities and tasks:
Define specific business objectives to maximize sales, share growth and enhanced profitability for assigned account and brand portfolio;
Lead and drive the development of customer strategies, objectives and tactics;
Lead and own end-to-end sell-in process together with sales support team to make sure a flawless product launch;
Work with merchandise planners to track and evaluate sales performance, establish thorough way of working to secure and grow sustainable business;
Always be on top of competitor landscape, come up with plan and execute within the trend;
Be consumer-centric, utilize market intelligence and consumer insight data as well as category management studies to provide fact-based analysis and deliver business building initiatives;
Work closely with marketing and product management to maintain a robust and comprehensive product assortment and marketing road map for the respective accounts;
Identify and engage the customer to drive incremental sales by understanding the digital implications and services of the competitive landscape. (value added services (VAS), packages, special handling, SMU, etc.);
Provide guidance to various internal groups and sales offices on how to properly work within the e-commerce channels;
Work close together with the Retail team to develop the e-commerce business on the brand.coms.
What is required?
International fashion e-commerce sales experience developed in the sporting/fashion goods with a minimum of 3-5 years;
Understand digital landscape, being able to think out-of-box and comprehensive complexity of online business;
Well-developed network to e-tailer with good contacts in the footwear/apparel/accessories industry;
Strong brand management, negotiation and networking skills to build close relationships and successfully deliver business objectives;
Forward thinker, not afraid of taking initiatives;
Fast-speed and roll-your-sleeve mindset;
Agile and proactive team player with a solution focused approach and a high-quality standard of execution and delivery;
Great analytical skill, being able to translate numbers into actions;
Be constantly critical about the way of doing business. Be and work pro-actively on (new) business opportunities;
Knowledge of International trade conditions, incoterms, export procedures and documentation;
Fluent written and verbal communication in English. German, French or Spanish or any other European languages would be a plus.
