Sales Support Representative (Nordics)

The Job:

As a Sales Support Representative at stichd it is your responsibility for managing the complete order process and offering optimal service to our customers and sales force. You are responsible for the order, forecast and delivery process and ensures optimal services and support towards the assigned accounts. Furthermore, you support in sales activities to drive the business categories and brand-portfolio in order to maximize turnover and profitability.

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Ensure excellent services and support towards our customers and the sales team;
  • Ensure perfect liaison with the Account Managers in forecasting needs from the customers, stock levels and initiate if any actions are required;
  • Monitor the order process and make sure products are delivered following customer agreements;
  • Analyzing and monitoring sales- and turnover results of your client portfolio and identifying commercial opportunities to Sales;
  • Managing complaints and Accounts Receivable;
  • Be constantly critical about the ways of doing business and pro-active for (new) opportunities;
  • Being a sparring partner for Sales and suggest, identify, inform and sometimes challenge them in relation to collections, commercial opportunities, terms & conditions, replenishment methods, logistic models etc;
  • Keep up to date on promotions, new products and upcoming events;
  • Limited travel to visit markets, customers and be present at sales meeting is expected;
  • Interact and collaborate with several departments e.g. with Product teams to ensure that all items and orders are inserted and are up-to-date in the system.

What is required?

  • Experience in a comparable position, preferably in an international environment.;
  • Knowledge and experience with Ecommerce (B2B and B2C) is an advantage, but not a must;
  • Good commercial understanding of our business and customer requirements;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or similar applications;
  • Strong and positive team player with a solution focused approach and a high quality standard of execution and delivery;
  • Good communicator with a proactive mindset who is social, outgoing and passionate.
