After accepting our offer, our recruitment team works hard behind-the-scenes to ensure a smooth first day. We know starting a new job can be scary. You’ll also go through an individualized induction program that may take anywhere from a few days to 6 months. Our goal is to make sure you feel comfortable with your new responsibilities. With our Induction Days, every new team member comes to the Netherlands to learn more about stichd and its people.
